ceramic fiber module is manufactured with compressed ceramic fiber blanket. It is specially designed to meet the thermal insulation
requirements of industrial furnaces in some special thermal conditions. We can also serve various anchoring systems to enable quick, easy and efficient installation in most furnace linings.
With Module block linings ,furnace can increase productivity and reduce the maintenance costs.

Ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory lining product to simplify and accelerate the construction of kiln and improve the integrity of furnace lining. The product is white in color and regular in size, can be fixed directly on the anchoring nail of steel plate in the furnace shell of industrial kiln. Classification temperature: 1050-1400ºC.

Q1:What is your payments terms?

A1 :  30% T/T in advance, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 

Q2 : What is your lead time? 

A2 : It usually needs about 10- 20 days after receiving your deposit. 

Q3 : How can you control your quality?

A3 : For each production processing, SJOIN have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
