Product Description

Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a lightweight insulating product. It has low thermal mass which means that it does not retain heat, low thermal conductivity and is an extremely effective insulation material. Its high thermal shock resistance make it suitable for applications where traditional refractories cannot be used. So called Refractory Ceramic Fiber is made from high purity alumino-silicate materials.

Product Description

Ceramic fiber blanket is high strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from spun aluminum silicate fiber bulk. The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough,resilient and strong blankets,which resist tearing both before and after heating. Ceramic fiber blanket is completely inorganic do not contain binder or lubricant and do not emit any fumes or smell during the first firing. It is available in a variety of temperature grades,densities,and sizes, blanket can be folded,compressed and encapsulated to produce modules.

Packaging & Shipping

Ceramic fiber blanket is packed with woven bags or cartons with inner plastic bags. The normal size for cartons 460*460*620mm and 1 package for 1 roll blanket. The loading quantities for 1 container are as following:

20' container     260 woven bags or 225 cartons

40'HQ            600 woven bags or 525 cartons.

Q1:What is your payments terms?

A1 :  30% T/T in advance, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 

Q2 : What is your lead time? 

A2 : It usually needs about 10- 20 days after receiving your deposit.

A3 : For each production processing, SJOIN have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
