Product Description

Ceramic fiber bulk is manufactured from high purity alumina-silica powder and silica sand through Special production process of spinning or blowing . Bulk fibers are available in a variety of chemistries and diameters which can service a wide variety of applications. In addition, these fibers can be further modified by chopping or by removal of the unfiberized particles (called shot). Lubricants can also be added to the fiber to enhance fiber properties.

Typical Applications

1.Raw material: other ceramic fiber based product forms such as: • High-temperature boards, felts, and papers 

2.General insulation: as infill for the roofs and walls of certain types of furnaces and kilns.

3.Packing: expansion joints, patching and emergency repairs in furnaces, boilers, heaters, etc.

4.Sealing: around penetrations in furnace, heaters and boiler walls, e.g. tubes, burners and sight holes.

Q1:What is your payments terms?

A1 :  30% T/T in advance, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 

Q2 : What is your lead time? 

A2 : It usually needs about 10- 20 days after receiving your deposit. 

Q3 : How can you control your quality?

A3 : For each production processing, SJOIN have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
