Fiberglass chopped strand mat is non-woven E glass fiber mat product manufactured by spreading continuous filament roving randomly and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in powder or other binder in emulsion form. And it is made by spreading out randomly.
Glass fiber chopped strand mat is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins.

Application

Fiberglass tissue is mainly used for the surface layers of FRP products, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, Fire retardant, water proof, epoxy coated sheet, electrical insulation and other products.
The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and other various resins.
It's mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding and compression molding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks, boats, complete set of sanitary equipment, automotive parts, cooling towers, pipes etc.

Packaging & Shipping

Fiberglass chopped mat is manufactured in form of roll warp on paper tube and packed in plastic bag, and then put into carton or packed with pallet.

20GP container: about 9500kgs.
40GP container: about 20000kgs
40HC container: about 22500kgs

A1 :  30% T/T in advance, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A2 : It usually needs about 10- 20 days after receiving your deposit.

A3 : For each production processing, SJOIN have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
